Remedial specifications are written instructions so a builder knows what it is he is meant to do to rectify a fault in a building.
These are structured with a broad scope of what has to be done followed by a detailed list of what standards and what material manufactures instructions will need to be adhered too.
Along with this is a list of requirements such as mandatory insurance, limits of the proprietor's liability and required guarantees.
