Dilapidation Reports

A dilapidation report is a record of the condition of an existing building or apartment.

These are often produced for adjoining and neighbouring buildings, apartments and public property such as foot paths and kerb and gutters.

The report is made up of numerous photographs of aspects of these buildings and apartments that have some evidence of deterioration or damage.

The principle is that should the building be damaged by a neighbouring construction operation there is evidence that the damage was not there previously.
